Why Orchids?
Orchids are spectacular plants forming the largest family of flowering plants to be found anywhere. There are up to 25000 species in the wild, and more than 100000 hybrids and cultivars. Within this huge family you can find orchids of almost any colour and pattern, with flower styles varying from tiny delicate flowers to huge voluptuous blooms, from elegant simplicity to complex sophistication.
Don't they all require hot humid conditions?
